I live in Wisconsin, so like all other cheeseheads, I am required by state law to be a Packers fan. Now this is not a problem for me, since I have been a fan since the Majkowski era (I remember watching the draft where the Packers got Terrell Buckley. The nightmares of that moment haunt me still). However, I'm a bit troubled by the Packers this season. If you follow the Packers, you know that they've been struggling this season, and you also know that the amount of Packers with TV shows has increased. It's becoming exceedingly clear that there's not enough room to do both the TV shows and the games well. Therefore, I will make a proposal. Quit football. Concentrate on the TV shows.

I know what you're thinking, but consider this. After the Super Bowl, Mike Holmgren announced that he was canceling the 'Mike Holmgren Show,' which had run for years on channel 4 on Mondays at 7:30. A few years ago, this pre-empted Blossom. We can not thank Mike Holmgren enough for saving us from the horror that is Joey Lawrence. But now Holmgren wants to focus exclusively on football. Mike, your team beat the Bears by just one point last week. The Bears. It's a lost cause.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather see a good 'Terry Mickens Show' followed by 'Gilbert Brown's Homecookin' than watch the sorry performance that is a 1997 Packers game. Guys, quit while you're ahead.
