It is midnight in small city.the town has yellow fog and mist everywhere.there is some lightening and the tv's in a store window are full of wierd static.Move to a suburb. Cars won't start,lights are out,radio dials moving sporadically.A cat is running in cirles,street lights blinkind on and off with blue and pink lights instead of green and red.nieghbors are frantic and spitting out accusations at each other.they all gang up on one man.a little kid gets in their way and points up to the sky.they all look up and the boy and the man run into the house and barracade the door.the man's house is malfunctioning all over the place.Clock's going backwards,tv full of static.all of a sudden the picture clears and there are red lights and mettalic shines over a field nearby the suburbs.he runs outside and tells the mob he knows whats causing the chaos.they follow him to the field.they red lights are gone and the crowd goes restless.they surround the man,and they kill him. they look over at the suburb and find that the lights have gone back to normal so they head back and leave the man there.the kid stands there staring at him.then there is a flash of red light over the boy and he dissapears.then shoot to a screen of some sort.the word "put glitches in their machines,grow paranoid,kill each other ,those different from themselves are abnormal and are attacked,they will kill with no mercy,rabid anger within each of them.must go home,mission complete.end transmission >0303RH1997
