My video interpretation does not have specific times when each action should take place, it's all simultanious yet it flows... at least in my head.
There's only one part where words will make all the difference, and that will be noted.

People boarding a plane in a steril aiport filled with families, and of course Radiohead.
Radiohead is boarding the plane, walking down the port and being seated in the plane, but in different areas of coach class...with the people.
The plane lifts up as it is taking off. A pan out of the camera focuses on various passangers who include frantic looking mothers, crying babies, drunk men haveing a good time, and stewardess' preparing food.
Those air masks drop from the ceiling. People put them on and a very slight panic ensues. The members of Radiohead neglect to attach them to their faces, and nobody seems to care. Thom notices a little boy sitting next to him who is being neglected by his mother because she is just in such a panic. He attaches the mask thing to his face... but still, not to his own. As the song continues, people on the flight are exiting the plane via parachutes. Radiohead continues to stay seated as visions of panic fill the screen.
That boy that Thom put the mask on leaps out of the plane and grows wings...his mother notices and screams, getting hysterical and useless.
You see Thom singing at this point. Radiohead are the only ones left on the plane. They seem oblivious to the fact that they are going to crash.
The pilot and stewardess' are screaming at them, telling them to get off.
"You'll know, you'll know where you are with..."
At this point three Thom's appear...all sitting next to each other, each one singing a different part that proceeds that line. This one this is a VERY emotional time...very emotional.
And they crash.
