wow this is a stange idea. the video is a staring contest between conan o'brien and andy richter. they do this sometimes on the show, strange things occur right behind conan that andy sees and eventually laughs because of it. also there are subtitles in the video which are the lyrics in german.
the video starts a few seconds before the song begins. the set is identical to that of late night with conan o'brien. conan says "this is something we like to do on this show. andy and i are going to have a good old fashioned staring contest." you see them staring at each other for a few seconds while the song begins with the guitars in the intro.

I don't want to be crippled and cracked
the camera continues continues to switch off between conan and andy's face.

Shoulders, wrists, knees and back
now the camera is a wider view, probably andy's point of view seeing conan and the wall behind him. i will use this a few times so it will be POV 1.

Ground to dust and ash
a man wearing all black walks behind conan and stands there for a few seconds

Crawling on all fours
the man reaches to the back of his head with one hand and pulls it up to reveal a zipper on his head.

When you've got to feel it in your bones (2x)
the man removes his face and the person under the mask is thom. he looks like he does in the just video. on the 2nd time thom does the same and its ed under the mask this time. ed starts to walk off slowly and while hes walking he removes his mask and we see a strange rat-like face for an instant before it is off camera.

Now I can't climb the stairs
now it is POV 2 which is a closeup of andy's face. he has a look on his face of digust and confusion. he then goes back to his staring at conan face.

Pieces missing everywhere
black to POV 1. max weinberg, the show's drummer walks behind conan. he is wearing a jacket, shirt, and tie, shoes, socks, boxers, but no pants.

Prozac painkillers
he reaches into his boxers and pulls out a large hammer that obviously is too big to actually fit in there. he hits himself on the head extremely hard

When you've got to feel it in your bones
at first nothing happens. then a few drops of blood trickle down his face and squirt onto the floor. then all of the suddon he falls apart as though he was made of glass.

When you've got to feel it in your bones
there are now a million tiny max weinberg's on the floor wearing now pants. they begin to walk off.

And I used to fly like Peter Pan
it goes to POV 2 where andy sort of looks scared.

All the children flew when I touched their hands
back at POV 1 the band walks behind conan. they begin to eat the mini max's.

When you've got to feel it in your bones
on POV 2 andy stares for a second then begins to laugh. you cant hear the laughter, but you call tell very easily what he is doing.

When you've got to feel it in your bones
the camera now shows conan and andy talking but you cant hear them. after the song ends it begins to fade while you hear conan say "stay tuned ladies and gentlemen, well be back with bob dole and drew carey"
