You know how in "Batman Begins" there's a secret cult led by a man named Ra's al Ghul that generally goes around destroying civilizations once they've become too decadent? (or something along those lines) I'm strongly beginning to suspect that Michael Brown is Ra's al Ghul and FEMA is his cult.
